How long from the first call to a running system?

It depends on how complex the application is. A straightforward inspection or workflow can move quickly, while a trickier one takes longer to get right. We keep the first scope small on purpose and give you a realistic timeline once we understand your parts and goals.

We tried machine vision before and it failed. Why would this be different?

Several potential reasons. First, the tool was often mismatched to the job. Rule-based thresholds are exact and repeatable, but forced onto high-variance surfaces they break on a new lot color or a reflection. That doesn't make rules obsolete; it means the job needed deep-learning AI, or a mix, instead. We now have rule-based, AI, and edge vision to choose from, and we match them to your parts. Second, and just as important, a vision system is more than a camera and an algorithm. The right lighting, optics, hardware selection, and inspection methodology make or break it, and that's the engineering a lot of failed installs skipped. We get those fundamentals right and prove it on your actual parts in the feasibility study before you commit.

Will this replace my inspectors?

No. It augments their job. The camera does the 100% checks that cause fatigue and misses, and your people move to judgment calls, exceptions, and root-cause work that needs a person. We take on the roles you can't fill, not the ones you want to keep.

Do you work with our existing PLCs and equipment?

Wherever we can, yes. We add the camera and the intelligence and wire it into how your line already runs: your PLCs, your reject mechanisms, your MES. The initial goal is one station added, not a line rebuilt.

How disruptive is installation? Do you stop my line?

Minimal, and rarely. We scope installation around your schedule, stage as much as possible off-line, and integrate one station at a time. There’s no rip-and-replace and no line overhaul.

That's exactly what the feasibility study is for. We test on your real parts and report predicted results with a clear go / no-go. If vision isn't the right tool for your job, we help you land a solution.

What can AI agents actually do for us?

They take on document-heavy, repetitive work: drafting CAPA / 8D reports, capturing maintenance know-how so juniors can ask it, drafting quotes from RFQs and past jobs, checking supplier certs and test reports, and answering plain-English questions from your ERP / MES data, plus monitoring, dashboards, and integrations between tools you already use.

Does our data leave the building?

Not unless you want it to. We design for private deployment, in your own environment or a private cloud you approve, and your documents and data aren’t used to train anyone else’s models. Where a service is involved, we set that out plainly before anything is connected.

Do I need to trust AI to run fully autonomously?

No, and you shouldn’t have to. The systems answer from your own data and show their sources, so the output can be verified. A person reviews and approves before anything is sent or acted on. You decide how much autonomy each workflow gets.

Who maintains it, and what if you disappear?

You own the system. We build on open, standard components and hand over full documentation, so anyone competent can maintain it. No proprietary lock-in, and no vendor you're hostage to. Support plans and remote monitoring are available, but you're never dependent on us to keep running.

No. We’re brand-agnostic on hardware and software. We pick what fits your job and budget, off-the-shelf or purpose-built, and everything is built on open, standard, documented components you own.

What’s the difference between your two services — do we have to pick one?

Machine vision handles what a camera can see on the line; agentic AI handles the paperwork and data work around it. You don't have to pick both. Every situation is different. We can tackle one, both in parallel, or one after another. We'll help you figure out the right order for your plant.
